4 1/2 stars. This is the sequel to "Beartown" and it was a good one. Sequels sometimes pale against the first book, but this one was of similar quality. Backman writes a book as if he is telling you a story and this one continued the story of the people of Beartown after the first book left off. We see a hockey team in shambles and which might be disbanded. The town is divided still. A new coach is hired and a politician is behind the scenes pulling everyone's strings to meet his own agenda. Peter and Mira, Maya and Leo are all struggling and drifting apart. I found this an excellent read, as everything he writes is. I recommend this book to anyone who loved "Beartown". A very good read.
