Please join Marin Asian-American Public Local Employees (MAPLE) and Civic Center Library for a community celebration of the Lunar New Year!
Discover how the Lunar New Year is celebrated across different Asian cultures through our interactive tables, activities, and cultural displays.
This year's festivities includes a special Taiko Drumming performance with the amazing Kristy Oshiro! Feel the thunderous rhythms of the taiko drums reverberate through your body as you explore the deep connections between language, culture, and history.
Event takes place in the Civic Center Cafeteria, Room 233.
