Join us for a fireside-style chat with award winning chef, author, and entrepreneur Miyoko Schinner discussing her newest book The Vegan Creamery. Facilitated by MCFL Library Director Lana Adlawan, we will learn about Schinner’s inspiration, vegan cheeses, and more. There will be time for audience Q&A along with a limited vegan mozzarella sampling.
