Events › On the Wall: Art Lending Showcase

Presenting the On the Wall Artists! The Marin County Free Library and the Marin Department of Cultural Services are pleased to announce that 30 local Marin artists have been selected to contribute their artwork to the On the Wall Community Art Lending collection. This new program is a partnership between the Library and Cultural Services.

An exhibit of works by these artists is now on display at the Civic Center Galleries, located in the Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael, on the 1st and 3rd floor galleries.

Art will be available to borrow with your library card in early 2024 from the Corte Madera, Inverness, Marin City, Point Reyes, and South Novato Libraries, but you'll be able to see examples of work from these artists in the exhibit, which will run through March 1, 2024.

The On the Wall collection is generously supported by the Marin County Library Foundation, Tomales Bay Library Association, Friends of the Marin City Library, and Friends of the Novato Libraries.
